Our service policies ensure professionalism, transparency, consistency, and quality care across consultations, education, and professional support services.

Aesthetic Consultation Policy

Our aesthetic consultation services are designed to provide guidance on treatment selection, skincare concerns, product recommendations, and professional aesthetic procedures.

A. First Consultation — Free

Your first consultation with Derme Pro Rx is complimentary, and is limited to one treatment or one product recommendation only. This session helps us understand your inquiry and provide initial professional guidance on a specific treatment or product suitable for your stated needs.

The free consultation does not include:

A detailed treatment protocol or comprehensive treatment plan.
Step-by-step guidance for performing a procedure.
Pre-procedure preparation protocols.
Real-time assistance during treatment.
Post-procedure supervision or follow-up support.
Ongoing professional or clinical support.

Any additional consultation, treatment planning, procedure-related guidance, or continued support will attract the applicable service fee.

B. Professional Service Consultation — ₦50,000

Our professional aesthetic service consultation costs ₦50,000 per treatment process, intended for practitioners who require structured guidance for a specific aesthetic treatment. The service covers one treatment process and includes:

1. Pre-Consultation and Preparation

Assessment of the proposed treatment and relevant concerns.
Preparation of a treatment-specific skin protocol, where appropriate.
Guidance on pre-treatment preparation and necessary precautions.

2. Treatment-Day Assistance

Professional guidance and assistance during the agreed treatment session.
Support within the previously appointed or scheduled hours.
Guidance on relevant treatment considerations and procedural precautions.

3. Post-Procedure Protocol and Supervision

Guidance on the appropriate post-procedure care protocol.
Supervision and follow-up support for the allocated period, depending on the treatment performed.
Relevant aftercare guidance within the agreed service scope.

Important Consultation Terms

The ₦50,000 fee covers one treatment process only.
Multiple treatments, additional procedures, or separate treatment plans will require separate consultations and fees.
All treatment assistance and supervision must be arranged in advance.
Support is limited to the agreed treatment, scheduled hours, and allocated supervision period.
Unscheduled calls, repeated requests outside the agreed scope, and extended supervision are not automatically included.
Any additional support must be discussed and approved separately.
Treatment recommendations and protocols remain subject to appropriate assessment, professional competence, product instructions, and applicable safety requirements.

Professional Aesthetic Education Policy

Derme Pro Rx offers professional education for individuals and practitioners seeking to improve their knowledge and skills in skincare, aesthetic treatments, and related professional services. Our courses may cover theoretical knowledge, product education, treatment principles, skin assessment, protocols, safety considerations, and practical training, depending on the specific course.

Course Structure, Fees & Requirements

Each course has its own:

Duration and training schedule.
Tuition fee and payment requirements.
Entry requirements and eligibility criteria.
Curriculum and learning objectives.
Training format, whether online, in person, or a combination of both.
Materials, assessments, and certification requirements, where applicable.

Prospective students are advised to request the relevant course details and terms before making payment or commencing training.

Post-Course Communication Policy

All course-related interaction and support are limited to the official duration and scope of the training purchased.

Once a course has ended, the training engagement is considered complete. Further questions, consultations, treatment guidance, protocol reviews, troubleshooting, or additional requests will not be accommodated under the concluded course.

Students who require continued professional guidance, clinical assistance, or ongoing access to our expertise are strongly encouraged to subscribe to an appropriate Professional Aesthetic or Clinic Retainership Package.

Professional Aesthetic & Clinic Retainership Policy

Our retainership packages are designed for practitioners, spas, and clinics that require continued access to professional aesthetic guidance and structured support beyond a one-time consultation or training programme. We offer various retainership packages, ranging from monthly to quarterly subscriptions, with different levels of access and support depending on the selected package.

Depending on the package, services may include

Online aesthetic support and professional guidance.
In-clinic support, where expressly included in the package.
Treatment protocol guidance and reviews.
Assistance with treatment planning and appropriate product selection.
Scheduled supervision and professional follow-up.
Support within the allocated service hours and agreed scope.

Package Limitations & Allocated Support Slots

Each package has a defined scope — the type, frequency, and duration of support depend on the specific package selected.
Limited partner slots are available, subject to our capacity and the applicable package terms.
Support must be scheduled — in-clinic assistance, treatment supervision, and other time-specific services must be booked in advance.
Unscheduled support is not guaranteed — immediate responses, last-minute appointments, and assistance outside allocated hours cannot be guaranteed.
Retainership is time-bound — monthly and quarterly subscriptions are valid only for the agreed subscription period; renewal is required to continue receiving support.
Requests that exceed the scope, frequency, duration, or allocated support limits of a package may require an additional fee or an upgrade.
Retainership does not replace professional responsibility — practitioners and clinics remain responsible for working within their qualifications, competence, and applicable regulatory requirements.

General Service & Communication Policies

To ensure efficient service delivery, kindly observe the following

Request the appropriate service — please specify whether your inquiry concerns a free consultation, paid treatment consultation, professional education, or retainership.
Provide relevant information — state your name, professional role, clinic or business name where applicable, and the specific service you require.
Respect scheduled appointments — treatment assistance and supervision are provided within agreed appointment times.
Confirm fees and scope before payment — kindly request and review the applicable service terms, inclusions, exclusions, and payment requirements before proceeding.
Avoid requests outside your package — services not covered by your consultation, course, or retainership must be arranged separately.
Maintain professional communication — we reserve the right to restrict or discontinue services, subject to applicable laws and agreed terms, where there is abusive conduct, repeated disregard for service boundaries, or persistent disruption of our operations.
